How does the discount work?
Discounts are automatically applied if you book with a logged-in account. The massage discount only applies to treatments ordered in advance with the reservation. Discounts cannot be applied to massages purchased on site.
Membership validity
The system takes into account bookings from the last 3 years *(1095 days)* and is automatically updated every day. This means that you can move up a level based on your current bookings, but your category can also be downgraded if you have not accumulated enough nights in the last 3 years. We will send you an automatic email notification about the category change.
Book multiple rooms
As a frequent guest, you can book up to 3 rooms at a discount at the same time, but only 1 room night counts towards the tier upgrade. The discount is subject to the frequent guest staying in person at the hotel.
Joint loyalty program with Hotel Atlantis
Our frequent guest program operates in partnership with Hotel Atlantis, so our guests can enjoy the benefits of the program at both hotels. Nights collected with us or at Hotel Atlantis count towards the category classification, and their discounts can be used at both locations.
